Mr. Rohitsahva Chakraborty completed his LLb (Hons) from the University of Lucknow with a specialization in Consumer, Banking & Insurance Laws and CBL (Business Laws), from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He is a highly accomplished, meticulously organized and detailed Advocate with a proven track record of success in conducting legal research and analysis of critical legal issues. He has a proven ability to logically and effectively analyze statutes, ordinances, case laws and factual data. His interests include Consumer laws, Corporate Taxation legislations, Intellectual Property laws, ITES laws with related developmental issues in e-governance and corporate governance, Arbitration/Litigation Management and ADR Legislations, Environmental Laws and Global Warming issues, White Collar Crimes, Insolvency  Bankruptcy, Constitutional laws and other socio- economic legislations.

He started his legal career as an intern, with the Law Chambers’ of Late. Jagdish Swaroop (former Attorney General of India) with Mr. Vinod Swaroop, Advocate (former Additional Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh) and has a wide-ranging experience of handling cases relating to Recovery due to Banks, Corporate Insolvency, Contractual disputes, Commercial cases  Negotiable Instruments matters, Consumer disputes, Labour & Industrial Disputes, Land acquisitions and other diverse cases of writ jurisdiction and public interest litigations. He is an author of some leading publications including Law relating to Trusts in India, Law of Sales of Goods and Partnership, Law relating to Land Acquisition and Compensation, Art of Cross-Examination, Law of Pleadings with Precedents. He has delivered lectures on various legal topics for the students of Isebella Thoburn College, Lucknow, Chartered Accountants at NIRC annual CPE Meet program in
Allahabad, ASSET Society, POSH Foundation etc to name a few.
